Millions of women could be wearing the wrong sized bra because traditional fitting methods don't work. Jenny White, a sport scientist at the University of Portsmouth, said the more straightforward 'best fit' approach is better than the old tape measure way of choosing a bra. She found that in three-quarters of cases, the tape measure led to a wrong size being chosen, contributing to 85% of women wearing the wrong bra size.
