A doggie curse on Blue Peter

you know how the Brits love their animals, right?
Well, my pet cow was stolen and made into hamburgers. Now, I've got PTSD, and a rash.
AhhAhAhHAAHahAahHahahaah xD

Anyway, I have to laugh when doggies make the news. Especially dead ones.
[Dead Mabel- that look just personifies 'quirky'- it could be the gimp left eye]
Well, the Blue Peter tv show (it's a kids show, not gay porn- that's the Blue Parrot you're looking for, although Blue Peter was the name of a gay Canadian band from the '80s) has been cursed by some dog witch. Two of it's dogs have died this year, both after more than a decade of service. I hear you gasp!

Anyway, here's the stupid story. Grab a tissue for the crocodile tears. I'll try to dig up some similar dreck, like news stories where animals are held in the same light as humans, except those animals made the news. Other dogs are on tv, and people are losing their jobs. I'd bark for food, if necessary.

Dog Mabel dies after 14 years on Blue Peter
Thu May 05 11:24AM by Chloe Turgis

BBC children programme 'Blue Peter' is mourning the loss of dog Mabel, only a month after her fellow canine star Lucy passed away.
The second-longest serving dog on the show, Mabel first appeared on 'Blue Peter' in January 1996 when former host Katy Hill met her while filming a piece about the RSPCA.
The Border Collie officially joined the show a month later, and stayed on 'Blue Peter' for 14 years before retiring in 2010. She was also the first rescue dog to feature on the programme.
Mabel, whose exact age isn't known, is thought to have been about 16 when she passed away.
Show host Helen Skelton said: "I'm proud to have worked alongside such an iconic 'Blue Peter' dog.
"She was dearly loved and that's a credit to her quirky character. [AAHAahahaHAHaahaahAhahahaha- Cos67] She'll be sorely missed by the presenters and viewers alike."
The news comes less than a month after it was announced that golden retriever Lucy had died after 12 years of service on 'Blue Peter'. [I dare say, cutbacks are in order. 2 dogs on a show? Imagine the kibbles bill!- Cos67]
